Classified Ads
Classified ads are reviewed and proofs are sent to clients for approval before printing. Please check your proof carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

Legal Notices
Legal ads are printed in our standard format, but the text is reproduced exactly as written in the court document. No design proof is sent unless the customer specifically requests one before printing.

Print Newspaper Subscriptions
Once your payment is processed, your subscription will be added to our mailing list. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery to begin. If you do not receive your subscription within that time, contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Corrections and Rescheduling
If a print error occurs on our end, we will correct it promptly and schedule your ad for printing the following week at no additional charge.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon ad. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
